The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Sections - 103(1), 238, 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station - Kon, District - Sonbhadra, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is not named in the FIR and his name came into light during investigation. The dead body of the deceased was found on 18.10.2024 whereas in the statement of Vijay it has surfaced that the deceased was last seen with accused on 08.10.2024.
