Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. Applicant is not named in the FIR and during investigation the name of the applicant has surfaced on the basis of statement of co-accused Sultan. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
