The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Kuldeep, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 584/2023, under Sections 302/201/377 of IPC, and 5- L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Pilkhua, District- Hapur, during pendency of trial. There is evidence of last seen against the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that although the applicant was named in the F.I.R., but there is no definite evidence against him. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 30.11.2023.
