By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 213 of 2024 at Police Station Kotwali Dehat District Mirzapur under Sections 103(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 131, 115(2), 109, 352, 3(5), 324 (4), 324(5) of B.N.S. and Section 7 C.L.A. Act. The applicant is in jail since 03.10.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned trial court on 11.02.2025.
