The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Kuldeep, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 05/2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Charwa, District- Kaushambi, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that it is a case of circumstantial evidence. The deceased has allegedly been killed because of having affair with the sister of the applicant. No role has been assigned to the applicant. Nothing has been recovered from him. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 17.01.2025. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future
