Learned A.G.A. submits that instructions have been received and has no objection in case the bail application is heard on merits. 2. Heard Sri Manish Tiwari, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant that co-accused Mansi has already been enlarged on bail. Learned counsel submits that in the present case the applicant is informant and the deceased is the father of the applicant. The applicant was living on the first floor along with his wife co- accused Mansi and the deceased was living on the ground floor having separate entry. Learned counsel submits that although there was a dispute between the parties with regard to property, however that by itself does not mean that any offence has been committed by the applicant.
