By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 166 of 2025 at Police Station-Khalilabad, District-Sant Kabir Nagar under Sections 126(2), 191(2), 191(3), 352, 351(3), 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. The applicant is in jail since 26.02.2025. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by trial court on 24.04.2025. The applicant has been nominated as a principal offender who inflicted fatal injuries to the deceased. There is an eye witness to the incident. The applicant had motive to commit the offence, inasmuch as, he wanted to settle an old madrasa related dispute on his terms. When the applicant failed to coerce the deceased, he committed the offence. The applicant is a repeat offender who has criminal history which has not been disclosed. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the applicant is a repeat o
