Ahmad @ Mulla and Gufran have been granted bail by this Court by orders dated 18.3.2025 and 24.6.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.8963 of 2025 and 18207 of 2025. The applicant is seeking parity. The applicant has no criminal history. Applicant is languishing in jail since 6.12.2024 and in case he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial. 4.
