Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 0062 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Syed Raza, District- Chandauli with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, three cow species animals were being transported by applicants and co-accused persons in three vehicles from State of Uttar Pradesh to Bihar for the purpose of slaughtering. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. There is no evidence that any slaughtering has taken place. Learned counsel has referred contents of the first information report and statements of witnesses and submitted that there is no credible evidence
