Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 93 of 2025, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Salempur, District- Bulandshahar. during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of 20.392 kg. 'Ganja' (in eight packets) has been shown from a car. In the said car five persons including the applicant were present. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The mandatory provisions of sections 50, 51 and 52-A of N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with. There is no F.S.L. report to establish that the substance recovered is 'Ganja'. No accurate scientific instruments were used for weighment.
