Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 189 of 2025, under Section 8/18 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Roza, District- Shahjahanpur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, recovery of 508 gms. of opium was shown from the applicant. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. It was stated that the mandatory provisions of N.D.P.S. Act, including Section 50 of the N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with.
