Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 76 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, P.S.- Rajapur, District- Chitrakoot, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, recovery of 5.300 Kg ganja was shown from applicant and recovery of 5.100 Kg ganja was shown from co-accused Sanjay Tiwari. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Mandatory provisions of N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with.
