Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicants in Case Crime No. 61 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of UP Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Sarpataha, District- Jaunpur, with the prayer to enlarge them on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants-accused argued that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, recovery of 42 Kg beef was shown from spot and first information report was lodged against seven accused persons, including applicants. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Learned counsel has referred contents of first information report and material on record and submitted that there is no credible evidence against them.
