Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 66 of 2025, under Sections 8/ 22 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, P.S.- Katra, District- Shahjahanpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, recovery of 90 gram smack has been shown from applicant. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Mandatory provisions of Sections 50 N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with. The quantity of alleged contraband shown to be recovered from applicant is quite less than commercial quantity.
