The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 341 of 2024, under Sections 310(2) BNS and Section 136 of Indian Electricity Act, Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is not named in the FIR which was lodged regarding theft in Rice mill. The involvement of applicant was shown through statement of co-accused Aslam. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of applicant. The applicant is in judicial custody since 24.02.2025. Criminal history of three cases shown against applicant has duly been explained. It
