Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 123 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, police station Kutubsher, District Saharanpur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, 500 gms. charas was recovered from the possession of applicant. It was submitted that the alleged recovery is false and baseless and that there is no independent witness of alleged recovery. It was stated that the mandatory provisions of N.D.P.S. Act, including Section 50 and Section 50(2)A of the N.D.P.S
