Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 140 of 2025, under Sections 3/4/5/6/7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Basti with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations that applicant along with co-accused was running prostitution is wholly false. The said premises belongs to co- accused Shiv Murat Chaudhari, which was let out to co-accused Ram Karan. According to prosecution version, applicant was found present at upper story of said premises. There is no independent witness of alleged raid conducted by police.
