Gangster And Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S Civil Lines, District Moradabad, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
