Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 0024 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 120-B IPC and Section 66, 66-D of I.T. Act, police station Cyber Crime, District Jhansi, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is not named in the first information report. As per prosecution version, an amount of Rs. 3 lacs was withdrawn from ATM of Punjab National Bank by tampering the same. Learned counsel submitted that there is no credible evidence that applicant was involved in the alleged incident.
