The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 129 of 2025, under Section 109(1) BNS, Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Section 3/5-A/5-B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, police station Lalganj, District Mirzapur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, applicant and co-accused persons were transporting 12 cow species animals for slaughtering and when intercepted by the police, they have made firing at the police party.
