The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 9 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 112(2) BNS and Sections 8(3), 11-Chha, 13(5) of U.P. Public Examination Act, police station Kotwali, District Azamgarh, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, in recruitment examination for selection of clerks in district courts, applicant was found taking examination in place of real candidate Vikash Kumar Chauhan.
