The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 88 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, 109(1) B.N.S.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Shahpur, District Muzaffarnagar during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of 62 kg. beef has been shown from the joint possession of the applicant and three other named accused. In the alleged incident no police personnel has received any injury. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. Identically placed co-accused Munfaid Ali and Gulbahar have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 03.06.2025 and 23.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Appl
