The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 524 of 2024, under Sections 109(1) B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. In the alleged incident no police personnel has received any injury. False recovery of a country made pistol and two live cartridges has been shown from the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The criminal history of the applicant has been explained in Paragraph-14 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application and Paragraph- 2 of the supplementary affidavit.
