Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 103 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, police station Ali Nagar, District Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, two cow species animals and one calf were being transported in a truck for the purpose of slaughtering. Applicant was not arrested from the spot and there is no independent witness of alleged recovery.
