By means of the the bail application the applicants have prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 65 of 2025 at Police Station- Kopaganj, District- Mau under Sections 85, 103 (1) B.N.S. The applicants are in jail since 24.04.2025. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 30.04.2025 The following arguments made by Sri Rajeev Upadhyay, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Sri Chandan Agrawal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The applicant is the mother-in-law of the deceased. 2. The applicant did not torture the deceased nor demanded dowry. 3. The applicant never interfered in the matrimonial affairs of the deceased and her husband. In fact the applicant resided separately from the couple. 4.
