The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 0072 of 2025, under Sections 3/5-A/5- B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, police station Alinagar, District Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, five cow species animals were being transported for slaughtering. Neither any slaughtering has been shown nor any beef has been recovered from the applicant.
