The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 28 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Fatehganj, District Banda, during the pendency of trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of 1.150 Kg. ganja has been shown from the applicant. There is no independent witness to the recovery. The recovered contraband is below commercial quantity.
