Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 126 of 2025, under Section 8/21 of N.D.P.S. Act, police station Gangoh, District Saharanpur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, recovery of 102 gram smack is said to have been made from possession of the applicant, which is less than commercial quantity.
