The instant bail application, under Section 483 BNSS, has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 18 of 2025, under Sections 109, 3(5) of BNS and Section 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 (3) 1 of Animal Cruelty Act and Section 3/5 of Arms Act, Police Station- Bhitauli, District- Maharajganj, during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from a pickup vehicle.
