The instant bail application, under Section 483 BNSS, has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 18 of 2025, under Sections 109, 3(5) of BNS and Section 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 (3) 1 of Animal Cruelty Act and Section 3/5 of Arms Act, Police Station- Bhitauli, District- Maharajganj, during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from a pickup vehicle. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The applicant is not the owner of the alleged vehicle. In the alleged incident no person has received any injury. Identic
