Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 300 of 2024, under Sections 310(2), 317(3), 61(2), 109 BNS and Sections 3/25/27 Arms Act, police station Kotwali, District Muzaffar Nagar with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is not named in the first information report, which was lodged against unknown miscreants. Applicant and co-accused persons were arrested on 26.07.2024 and recovery of some white colour and some golden colour jewellery, as well as a country made pistol along with cartridges, have been made from them.
