Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 237 of 2024, under Sections - 18A (C), 28, 27B-D The Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and 8/22C NDPS Act, Police Station - Kosikalan, District - Mathura, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, the Drug Inspector has conducted a raid at the house of applicant and huge quantity of Bupine Injections, Onerex Syrup and Oflabit OZ Tablets were recovered. Learned counsel submitted that there is no independent witness of the alleged incident. The wife of applicant was arrested at the spot and she has already been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 1
