By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2025 at Police Station Gola District Gorakhpur under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 109, 103(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932. The applicant is in jail since 27.01.2025. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned trial court on 06.05.2025. The applicant has been identified as one of the principal offenders who assaulted the deceased and the other injured persons. The injured persons have also sustained grievous injuries. There are eye witnesses to the incident. The offence is grave. There is likelihood that the applicant had committed the off
