The instant bail application, under Section 483 BNSS, has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Alinagar, District- Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The applicant was not arrested at the spot. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused Pradeep Kumar Gautam in police custody. The said statement, in so far as it implicates the applicant, is unreliable.
