Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 55 of 2025, under Section - 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 317(2) BNS and Section - 60 and 63 Excise Act, police station - Ahraura, District - Mirzapur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per prosecution case, 384 bottles of english wine have been recovered from the Scorpio vehicle. The alleged vehicle does not belong to the applicant. The applicant is neither owner nor driver of the alleged vehicle. Similarly placed co-accused Umesh has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and thus, the app
