Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 173 of 2025, under Section - 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, police station - Gwaltoli, District - Kanpur Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version recovery of 7.550 kg 'charas' was shown from applicant and recovery of 7.600 kg was shown from co-accused Vikrant Patel and that there is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. The mandatory provisions of Section - 50 NDPS Act have not been complied with. It was submitted that similarly placed co-accused Vikrant Patel has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, copy of whic
