Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 02 of 2025, under Sections - 3/5Ka/8 Cow Slaughter and Prevention Act and Section 11 (Gha) Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station - Ekdil, District - Etawah, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version seventeen oxen were being transported in a truck for purpose of slaughtering. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. It was submitted that there is no evidence that any slaughtering has taken place.
