Mr. Sanjay Tripathi, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the informant, is taken on record. 2. Heard Mr. Avijit Saxena, learned Counsel for the applicant, Mr. Sanjay Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant as well as Mr. Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application, under Section 483 BNSS, has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 26 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 352, 3(5) BNS & 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Ajnar, District- Mahoba, during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. As per the contents of First Information Report, the applicant along with two named accused are alleged to have fired at the son of informant. In the statement of the injured Hemant alias Hemu specific role of firing has been assi
