The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 71 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5, 25, 26(2), 29 and 35 of Arms Act, Police Station- Khalapar, District- Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of a mobile phone and Indian currency of Rs. 1,670/- has been shown from the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. It is next contended that identically placed co-accused Rohit, Vivek and Karan have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 30.05.2025, 28.05.2025 and 27.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 15444 of 2025, 16390 of 2025 and 15698 of 2025 respectively. T
