A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 308 of 2017, under Section - 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act and Prevention of Anti- Social Activities Act, 1986, Police Station - Amaria, District - Pilibhit, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. In this case earlier applicant was granted bail by the Trial court vide order dated 15.11.2017. After that applicant was regularly appearing in this case but later on due to some misconception applicant could not appear in this case before the Trial court, whereas he was regularly appearing in the same court in other case.
