Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant, in Court today, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 179 of 2025, under Sections - 109 B.N.S., Section - 3/25/27 Arms Act and Section - 5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station - Sahawar, District - Kasganj, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version on 18.03.2025 a raid was conducted by the police, wherein applicant and co-accused persons were found making preparation for slaughter of two oxen. The said oxen and various tools, including axe and knife etc., were recovered from the spot. There is no independ
