The instant bail application, under Section 483 BNSS, has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 78 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act and section 325 BNS, Police Station- Balua, District- Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The applicant was not arrested at the spot. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused Avinash Kumar in police custody. The said statement, in so far as it implicates the applicant, is unreliable.
