The instant bail application, under Section 483 BNSS, has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 93 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Swar, District- Rampur, during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by the co-accused Furkan and Noor Mohammad @ Bhura in police custody. The said statements, insofar as, they implicate the applicant, are unreliable.
