The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2025, under Section 109 of B.N.S.,Sections 5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Sahawar, District- Kasganj. 4. Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. False recovery of livestock has been shown. Recovery of a country made pistol and a live cartridge has also been shown from the personal possession of the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. In the alleged incident, no Police personnel has received any injury. In fact, the applicant received injury on his left leg. T
