The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 225 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 115(2), 351(2), 125, 3(5) B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Lisarigate, District- Meerut during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the instant case. As per contents of the first information report, seven named accused and eight to ten unknown persons are alleged to have fired at the son of the informant.
