Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 08 of 2025, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Ramgarhtaal, District- Gorakhpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The applicant is not named in the first information report, which was lodged against co-accused Nitya Nishad & Khushi Patel. Learned counsel has referred contents of the first information report and facts of the matter and submitted that the applicant was not involved in any prostitution or trafficking and allegations levelled against him are wholly false.
