The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 322 of 2024, under Sections 307/34 I.P.C., and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Jahanaganj, District- Azamgarh during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused Sajan Tiwari in police custody. The said statement, insofar as it implicates the applicant, is unreliable. In the alleged incident, no police personnel has received any injury. It is next contended that the co-accused Sajan Tiwari, who was arrested at the spot, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 30.5.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bai
