The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 71 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 109 of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, P.S.- Roja, District- Shahjahanpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation that applicant has made firing at the police party is wholly false. Merely a scorching has been shown to injured constable Vikas Nagar. Recovery of country made pistol and cartridge shown from applicant is wholly false and there is no independent witness of recovery.
