The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 06 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, P.S.- Kotwali Dehat, District- Mirzapur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, four cows species animals were being transported in a vehicle in cruel manner for the purpose of slaughtering. It is submitted that applicant is not named in the first information report. The applicant has been involved in this case by alleging that applicant was driver of said vehicle.
