Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 40 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 429 I.P.C., P.S.- Syed Raza, District- Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, thirty two cows species animals were being transported in a container vehicle for the purpose of slaughtering by co-accused Sultan Ahmad, Sameer and Mustqeem. The applicant is registered owner of the said vehicle and he has been falsely implicated due to that reason. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. There is no evidence that the applicant was involved
