Heard Sri Ishtiyak Ali, Advocate holding the brief, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 182 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 115(2), 103, 118(1), 351(3), 125, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Ghunghchihai, District- Pilibhit is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that his client has been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case. It is further contended that charge sheet has been submitted against five accused persons, out of which four accused persons have already been granted bail. The accused applicant has been attributed the role of inflicting the Banka blow on the deceased person, whereas the deceased and the injured does not have any injury inflicted by Banka, which is a sharp edged weapon.
